Complete Rental Forms Package

- Call the office and leave a message on the answering machine to check on the availability of dates - or send an Email to hallmanager at baysidegrange.org to make an inquiry.
- Once we determine that the date is availabe, you can be penciled in. The date can then be held for 10 days while we wait for your Security Deposit of $300.00 and the two Rental Forms.
- All Rental fees and the Certificate of Insurance are due before 30 days before your event. We prefer to have the fees for Rental Equipment up to 30 days before as well.
- Once all fees and paperwork have been received you can call for a "Walk-thru" and a "Key" during the first part of the week of your event.
