Community Building

Chartered as a "Mutual Benefit Society" our purpose is to provide both social and economic support through the members to the community.  And since 1867, the Patrons of Husbandry have engaged in a variety of endeavors in pursuit of that goal including lobbying, cooperative business ventures, philanthropy and diverse services to their communities.

In partnership with you, we have work strategically  to sustain the community by fostering relationships that both initiate and maintain programs and services.  The Grange has been host to many food fundraisers that have raised needed operational funds while bringing together families and elders.  We have provided regular leisure services where members teach educational, musical, and exercise programs.   We have welcomed non profits and governmental agencies that have hosted forums  fostering civic engagement. We have initiated conversations that have led to further economic development.  And we have contributed to the general health and well being of many of the disenfranchised in our community.
